Vision
To train and equip each child to be the best soccer player they can be in a caring and family-orientated environment, whilst having lots of fun!
Mission
We aim to achieve this by:
- Providing trained and qualified coaches with the right heart and a love for the kids they coach.
- Ensuring that we have top quality facilities and equipment for the kids to train with.
- Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and has a sense of belonging.
- Reminding the kids that who they are is more important than their achievements.
Our intention is not just to grow a club, but to build a diverse family of different ages, races, and cultures where every part of our family is equally important, and we are all working together for the common good. What unites us needs to be far stronger than the things that try and divide us. Our ultimate goal is not to be the best club in Durban, but to be the best club for Durban. We aim to achieve this by equipping our players will the correct values and valuable life skills to succeed both on and off the field. This means that we are more concerned about their character and who they are becoming rather than their skills and achievements.
