We want our players to enjoy and look forward to coming to soccer. We want to nurture the desire in them to play and practice in their own time. We want to see happy players and parents with smiles on their faces. We want there to be a culture of teamwork and collaboration. This will result in the retention of players and increased membership through word of mouth.
Development
We want to see our players grow not only in the game of soccer, but also in their
characters. We want to see improvement and progress towards their goals. For this
to happen we need to ensure that our coaches are continually being upskilled. We
want to be recognized for our ethos and style of soccer we play, and with this
approach we will attract more players.

Respect
Value the contributions of your teammates, the coaches, the opposition, and referees. Always display good sportsmanship and take good care of the facilities and equipment. Coaches and spectators/parents do not speak disrespectfully or with raised voices to players or referees. Play hard but fair. Players and parents clean up after themselves. Players arrive and leave the game in good spirits, feeling supported and successful. Our facilities are always clean and well cared for.
Inclusiveness
We welcome diversity. Ability and economic status will not be an obstacle to participation. No one is turned away from the club and players are treated equally and with fairness and understand that they are an important part of the academy.
Perseverance
Not giving up. Learning through our mistakes. Overcoming obstacles and building resilience. Learning to solve problems by trying different approaches and never giving up. Other clubs will respect us and consider us a worthy opponents. Coaches with diverse toolkits and skills. Better performing teams (grinding out wins, keeping your head up etc.)
